Inspired by the ambiance of the existing pine grove. See link www.zenpark.ee: Like an oasis, is a centrally located well-groomed park area with low pines, custom-designed benches and low illumination. The 2 office buildings are designed in `mirror image`. EAST is characterized by the Cor-ten `rusty` steel cladding, contrasted with the stainless steel quadrant in a ratio of 3:1. WEST features the same materials, but in reverse proportion. EAST: dark/rough like tree/earth. WEST: light/shiny like water/sky. Floor to ceiling 3m high windows of various widths has random spacing evoking the naturalistic theme. Team: Lembit Tork, Margus Soonets, Kadri Post, Anu Lainus. Interior design: Lembit Tork.
